Billing FAQ

What's a compute-hour?
One hour of wall-clock time on our physics cluster. A Quick run uses ~0.1h; a Deep run uses ~10h.
Can I downgrade?
Yes, any time. Your unused top-up credits carry over forever. Private worlds stay private read-only.
Commercial licence?
Demiurge and Founder's Pass include it. Use universes in games, films, novels, TTRPG modules - you keep the IP on what you create from them.
EU VAT / invoicing?
VAT handled via Paddle. Full tax invoices on every plan. Downloadable PDFs from your billing page.
Refunds?
30-day no-questions refund on the first month of any paid tier. Founder's Pass: 14 days after purchase.
Fair-use on the Historian?
The listed question limits are hard. Image generation is fair-use across all tiers - we'll email you if a run looks abusive before ever throttling.
